A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING A LOCAL MATCH CONTRIBUTION
OF $72,000 FROM THE MEASURE R FUND FOR THE LOS
ANGELES COUNTY MANHATTAN BEACH BOULEVARD
TRAFFIC SIGNAL SYNCHRONIZATION PROJECT
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the allocation of $72,000 from the unreserved Measure R fund as a local match contribution towards the Los Angeles County Manhattan Beach Boulevard Traffic Signal Synchronization Project pursuant to the Funding Agreement between the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority and the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works for the South Bay Forum Traffic Signal Corridors Project, (ID# F7310 / MR312.52 and FTIP# LAF7310) .
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the fund transfer and any subsequent administrative actions on behalf of the City, subject to review and approval of the City Attorney.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
