A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN
BEACH AND ATKINSON, ANDELSON, LOYA, RUUD &
ROMO FOR CONDUCTING INDEPENDENT
ADMINISTRATIVE INVESTIGATIONS OF CONFIDENTIAL
PERSONNEL MATTERS
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo, a California professional law corporation, dated July 1, 202 5, to increase the maximum compensation of the agreement to $125,000.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
