RESOLUTION NO. 26-0027
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND ASSOCIATION OF BEACH VOLLEYBALL PROFESSIONALS, LLC DBA AVP, FOR OPERATION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH OPEN FOR 2026-2028 SERVICES THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Association of Beach Volleyball Professionals, LLC DBA AVP dated March 17, 2026, for operation of the Manhattan Beach Open for 2026-2028 services.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
