RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH ARTHUR GENSLER, JR. & ASSOCIATES, INC. (GENSLER) TO PROVIDE ARCHITECTURAL AND PUBLIC ENGAGEMENT SERVICES FOR PROJECT PULSE: DOWNTOWN MANHATTAN BEACH REDEVELOPMENT PROJECTS THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY FINDS, DETERMINES, AND RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approved the Agreement between the city of Manhattan Beach and Arthur Gensler, Jr. & Associates, Inc. (Gensler) to provide architectural and public engagement services for Project Pulse: Downtown Manhattan Beach redevelopment projects located at 1155 Morningside Drive (Parking Lot 3) and 400 Manhattan Beach Boulevard, with an estimated value of $160,000 (inclusive of a not-to-exceed amount of $10,000 for potential additional reimbursables).
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby directs and authorizes the City Manager to execute the Agreement.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
