A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
MANHATTAN BEACH AND CIRCUIT TRANSIT INC. FOR
ON-DEMAND POINT-TO-POINT LOCAL MICROSTRANSIT
PILOT PROJECT SERVICES IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO
EXCEED $540,626 AND ALLOCATING PROPOSITION A
FUNDS FOR THE SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to enter into an Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Circuit Transit, Inc. for a six -month on- demand point -to-point local microtransit pilot project services for an amount not to exceed $540,626.
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to allocate Proposition A Local Return Funds for all costs associated with the Agreement.
SECTION 3. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
