CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT IN OPEN SESSIONIV.
City Attorney Quinn Barrow announced that the City Council went into Closed Session to discuss three items of litigation. With respect to Items 2 and 3 as listed on the agenda, the City Council gave direction on a 5 to 0 Vote. With respect to Item 1 on the agenda, the City Council gave direction on a 3 to 2 vote, with Councilmember Charelian and Mayor Pro Tem Franklin Voting No.
