At 7:45 PM, the City Council reconvened into Open Session with all City Councilmembers present.
CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT IN OPEN SESSIONIV.
City Attorney Quinn Barrow announced that the City Council went into Closed Session to discuss five separate items. The City Council gave direction with respect to Item I.b. There was no other reportable action taken.

At 7:46 PM, Mayor Lesser adjourned the meeting to the Tuesday, April 21, 2026, Adjourned Regular City Council Meeting at 5 PM.
