RESOLUTION NO. 26-0013
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING A MENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND HARRIS AND
ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES
RELATED TO THE DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEE NEXUS
STUDY
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 2, dated April 21, 2026, to the Professional Services Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Harris and Associates, Inc. for $20,150 related to additional services needed for the Development Impact Fee Nexus Study, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $95,050.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Amendment on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
