RESOLUTION NO. 26-0037
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND W.A. RASIC CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. FOR ON-CALL CONSTRUCTION AND REPAIR SERVICES THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 1 to the Public Project Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and W.A. Rasic Construction Company, Inc., dated the date the City Council approves this Agreement, to increase the maximum compensation by $37,686 for a new Maximum Compensation of $112,586 for on-call construction and repair services.
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
