RESOLUTION NO. 26-0045
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND LOS ANGELES COUNTY METROPOLITAN TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY FOR REGIONAL INTEGRATION OF INTELLIGENT TRANSPORATION SYSTEMS THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Interagency Memorandum of Understanding (“Agreement”) between the City of Manhattan Beach and Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Administration in its capacity as the Regional Integration of Intelligent Transportation Systems Administrator, effective as of the date of the City Manager’s signature, under which this is a no-cost Agreement.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
