RESOLUTION NO. 26-0046
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 5 TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND Z&K CONSULTANTS, INC. FOR ADDITIONAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 5 to the Professional Services Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Z&K Consultants, Inc., effective as of the date of the City Manager’s signature, for additional project management support services in the amount of $299,972, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $1,265,365.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 5 on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
