RE: BID Advisory Board Recommendations
Dear Mayor and Councilmembers,
The Downtown Manhattan Beach Business Improvement District (BID) Advisory Board met on May 11, 2026, with a quorum present. The Board reviewed the 2025-2026 year end progress report and approved the 2026-2027 BID Activity Plan and Budget. The Board is requesting that City Council approve the Resolution of Intent and ratify the Roster of the BID Board.
