RESOLUTION NO. 26-0055
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER AND/OR HIS OR HER DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE ALL AGREEMENTS AND DOCUMENTS FOR THE ROSECRANS AVE BIKE LANE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT FUNDED THROUGH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (CALTRANS) LOCAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM WHEREAS, the City of Manhattan Beach is eligible to receive Federal and/or State funding for various transportation projects through the State California Department of Transportation (Caltrans); and WHEREAS, City Council appoints the City Manager and/or his or her designee to execute all federally required documents in relation to each phase of work, such as: Right of Way Clearance, Acquisitions, Utility relocations, and/or any Construction-related approvals prior to any type of approval and federal reimbursement; and THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager and/or her designee is delegated authority to execute Documents related to projects funded through the Caltrans Local Assistance Program.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
