RESOLUTION NO. 26-0060
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL APPROVING A ONE-YEAR EXTENSION OF THE TERM ESTABLISHED BY AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITIES OF MANHATTAN BEACH, TORRANCE, REDONDO BEACH, AND HERMOSA BEACH, AND THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT, FOR THE CONTINUED IMPLEMENTATION OF THE COORDINATED INTEGRATED MONITORING PROGRAM FOR THE BEACH CITIES WATERSHED MANAGEMENT GROUP THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves a one-year extension of the term established by Amendment No. 2 to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Cities of Manhattan Beach, Torrance, Redondo Beach, and Hermosa Beach, and the Los Angeles County Flood Control District, for the continued implementation of the Coordinated Integrated Monitoring Program (CIMP) for the Beach Cities Watershed Management Group (BC WMG).
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby directs the City Manager to administer the terms of the MOU on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The date the City Council approves this Extension shall be the date this Extension is effective.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
