RESOLUTION NO. 26-0061
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 4 TO AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND GEOSYNTEC CONSULTANTS, INC. FOR CONTINUED COORDINATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF WATERSHED ACTIVITIES FOR THE BEACH CITIES WATERSHED MANAGEMENT GROUP THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 4 to the Professional Services Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Geosyntec Consultants, Inc., to extend the term through June 30, 2027, increase the maximum compensation by $665,335 including a contingency of $60,485 for unanticipated additional services and monitoring for a new Maximum Compensation of $2,933,178, and to amend the approved fee schedule, for continued coordination and implementation of the Coordinated Integrated Monitoring Program (CIMP) for the Beach Cities Watershed Management Group.
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 4.
SECTION 3. The date the City Council approves this Amendment shall be the date this Amendment is effective.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify the passage and adoption of this resolution.
