RESOLUTION NO. 26-0081
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 10 BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND MERCHANTS LANDSCAPING SERVICES INC., FOR LANDSCAPING SERVICES THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Landscaping Services Amendment No. 10 (“Amendment”) between the City of Manhattan Beach and Merchants Landscaping Services, dated the same date the City Manager executes Amendment, in an amount not to exceed $986,797.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Amendment on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
