RESOLUTION NO. 26-0083
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL APPROVING AMENDMENT No. 4 TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND DKS ASSOCIATES FOR ADDITIONAL PROFESSIONAL DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE MANHATTAN BEACH ADVANCED TRAFFIC SIGNAL SYSTEM PROJECT THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 4 to the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and DKS Associates, effective as of the date of the City Manager’s signature, for additional professional design services for the Manhattan Beach Advanced Traffic Signal System Project in the amount of $73,415, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $1,636,447.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby authorizes the City Manager, and/or his or her designee, to execute the Amendment to the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
