RESOLUTION NO. 26-0086
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL APPROVING AN AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND TEKSYSTEMS GOVERNMENT SERVICES FOR TEMPORARY INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PROFESSIONAL SERVICES THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and TEKsystems dated December 29, 2025, for temporary information technology professional services in the amount of $200,000 for an updated contract total of $274,650 and extends the agreement by one year.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to approve and execute the Amendment on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
