RESOLUTION NO. 26-0034
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL APPROVING EXPENDITURES UNDER MASTER SERVICE AGREEMENT AND AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE STATEMENT OF WORK BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND AMERICAN SPECIALTY HEALTH FITNESS, INC.
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves expenditures under the Master Services Agreement and Amendment No. 1 to the Statement of Work Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and American Specialty Health Fitness, Inc., effective January 1, 2026, in a not-to-exceed total of $86,460, through December 31, 2026.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
