RESOLUTION NO. 26-0089
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE AGREEMENT, CONTRACT NO. 920240208, BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND HF&H CONSULTANTS, LLC FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES RELATED TO THE CITY’S SOLID WASTE FRANCHISE FOR AN AMOUNT NOT-TO-EXCEED $394,900 OVER THE TOTAL FIVE-YEAR TERM OF THE AGREEMENT.
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement, Contract No. 920240208, between the City of Manhattan Beach and HF&H Consultants, LLC, dated August 18, 2026. extending the term of the Agreement until June 30, 2029, and increasing the not-to-exceed amount from $94,900 for the first two-year period to $394,900 over the total five-year term of the Agreement.
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby authorizes and directs the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
