RESOLUTION NO. 26-0091
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 2 BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND DEKRA-LITE INDUSTRIES, INC. FOR ON-CALL DECORATIVE LIGHTING SERVICES THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Dekra-Lite Industries, dated the same day the City Manager executes the Amendment No. 2, for on-call decorative lighting services, in an amount not to exceed $124,900.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
