RESOLUTION NO. 26-0096
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND THE NORTH MANHATTAN BEACH BUSINESS & PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO THE NORTH MANHATTAN BEACH BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and the North Manhattan Beach Business & Professional Association dated August 18, 2026, to provide services to the North Manhattan Beach Business Improvement District and to implement the various programs identified in the 2026 Budget and Activity plan.
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
