RESOLUTION NO. 26-0098
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL APPROVING AN AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND KAIZEN LABORATORIES, INC., FOR RESERVATION SOFTWARE SERVICES THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Kaizen Laboratories, Inc. dated August 1, 2026, for court reservation software services in the amount of $36,000 for an updated not-to-exceed amount of $106,000 and extends the agreement by one year.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Amendment on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
