A motion was made by Councilmember Lesser, seconded by Councilmember Charelian, to approve the agenda. The motion carried by the following vote:

Assistant City Attorney David Snow announced the following Closed Session:

A point has been reached where, in the opinion of the City Council on the advice of its City Attorney, based on existing facts and circumstances, there is a significant exposure to litigation against the City.

RECESS INTO CLOSED SESSIONII.
At 5:03 PM, the City Council recessed into Closed Session.
RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSIONIII.
At 6:01 PM, the City Council reconvened into Open Session, with Mayor Franklin absent.

Assistant City Attorney David Snow announced that the City Council went into Closed Session to discuss the item as listed on the agenda. There was no reportable action taken.
