RESOLUTION NO. 26-0100
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING A CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH FOR A HYDRODYNAMIC SEPARATOR ON 1ST STREET FOR THE MANHATTAN BEACH SANTA MONICA BAY TMDL TRASH TREATMENT PROJECT THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and the City of Hermosa Beach for construction and maintenance of a stormwater trash capture device on the 1st Street City Boundary Limit for the Manhattan Beach Santa Monica Bay Stormwater Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) Trash Treatment Project.
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby directs the City Manager, and/or his or her designee, to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution.
