RESOLUTION NO. 26-0102
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND DELL FOR MICROSOFT ENTERPRISE SOFTWARE LICENSING SERVICES THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Dell dated September 1, 2026, for software licensing services in the amount of $768,126.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager or her designee to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City. The Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to approve additional payments for future/additional licensing and subscriptions on an as-needed basis. In no event shall the total amount paid to Dell during the three terms of the Agreement exceed $1,322,818.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
