RESOLUTION NO. 26-0106
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND PARKMOBILE, LLC.
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 1 between the City of Manhattan Beach and ParkMobile, LLC, dated September 15, 2026, to authorize ParkMobile, LLC as the Merchant of Record for credit and debit card transactions associated with the City’s parking pay stations and mobile parking payment system, to increase the maximum compensation amount by $1,100,000, from $2,428,310 to a new maximum compensation of $3,528,310 and to update the Scope of Work and Approved Fee Schedule to include merchant processing services.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
