At 4:02 PM, the City Council recessed into Closed Session.
RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSIONIII.
At 6:00 PM, the City Council reconvened into Open Session with all City Councilmembers present.
CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT IN OPEN SESSIONIV.
City Attorney Quinn Barrow announced that the City Council went into Closed Session to discuss three items identified on the agenda. The City Council gave direction with respect to Items 1 and 2. There was no other reportable action taken.
