RESOLUTION NO. 26-0093
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND GEOSYNTEC CONSULTANTS, INC. FOR ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR AN AMOUNT NOT-TO-EXCEED $59,800 THROUGH MARCH 31, 2027, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT.
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. dated October 6, 2026, for environmental consulting professional services supporting the City’s stormwater system permit compliance in an amount not-to-exceed $59,800 through March 31, 2027.
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
