RESOLUTION R20XX-XX
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MANTECA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING CHANGES TO THE GREEN FEES FOR PLAY AT THE MANTECA PARK GOLF COURSE WHEREAS, Green Fees at the Manteca Park Golf Course were last increased in March 2020; and WHEREAS, in order to bring Green Fees in line with the market, staff proposes fee increases as shown in Exhibit “A,” which is attached to this Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Manteca, as follows:
1. The City Council has considered all information related to this matter, including any supporting reports by City Staff, and any information provided during the public meetings identified herein.
2. The City Council hereby finds that the facts set forth herein are true and correct and establish a factual basis for the adoption of this Resolution.
3. The Golf Green-Fee changes as outlined in Exhibit “A” are hereby approved as recommended.
3. This Resolution shall go into effect April 1, 2022.
