RESOLUTION R20XX-XX
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MANTECA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH ADEDGE WATER TECHNOLOGIES, LLC WHEREAS, the City shall enter an agreement with AdEdge Water Technologies in an amount not to exceed $762,000.00, to perform media replacement and disposal services for the City of Manteca’s Water Wells; and WHEREAS, the City of Manteca has determined AdEdge Water Technologies to be the highest ranked proposal for media replacement and disposal services for the City’s water wells; and WHEREAS, the authorization shall be given to the City Manager to execute a contract and approve all change orders and/or amendments to the contract, not to exceed the available budget; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered all information related to this matter, as presented at the public meetings of the City Council identified herein, including any supporting reports by City Staff, and any information provided during public meetings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Manteca, as follows:
1. The City Council hereby finds that the facts set forth in the recitals to this Resolution are true and correct, and establish the factual basis for the City Council’s adoption of this Resolution.
2. The City Manager is authorized to execute a contract with AdEdge Water Technologies for the media replacement and disposal services for the City’s water wells, in an amount not to exceed $762,000.00
4. The City Manager is further authorized to approve and sign all change orders and/or amendments to the contract, not to exceed the available budget.
3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Manteca at a public meeting of said City Council held on the ____ day of ______, 20__, by the following vote:
