To Whom It May Concern:
We write this letter today to provide a written account of the employment history of Mr. Ron Laffranchi and our company. Mr. Laffranchi was hired on October 28, 2015, and was fired on March 18, 2016. For clarification purposes, Mr. Laffranchi worked for the company when it was named Raymus Development and Sales. As of 2019, the company was renamed Raymus LLC.
Mr. Laffranchi was hired by Bob Raymus, who was serving as interim trustee, to serve as the President. Bob Raymus served as his immediate supervisor until Lisa Berg took over as trustee in December of 2015. Lisa Berg fired Mr. Laffranchi in March of 2016, and our understanding was it was due to Mr. Laffranchi not being the best fit for the company.
