Acting City Clerk Olivia Nashed announced COVID-19 guidelines for the meeting.
A. PUBLIC COMMENT:
Acting City Clerk Nashed read public comment from Bea Bowlsby and Brenda Franklin regarding City Manager Toby Wells’ efforts in Manteca Downtown.
B. CLOSED SESSION:
Mayor adjourned to closed session at 6:07 p.m.
B.1. Public Employee Performance Evaluation/Discipline/Dismissal/Release, Pursuant to Cal. Government Code §54957(b)(1) ‑ Title: City Manager.
C. REPORT ON ACTION TAKEN IN CLOSED SESSION: Upon returning to open session at 7:59 p.m., City Attorney L. David Nefouse, noted no reportable action was taken in closed session.
D. CITY MANAGER COMMENTS: None.
E. COUNCIL COMMENTS: None.
F. ADJOURNMENT: Mayor Cantu adjourned meeting at 8:00 p.m.
