RE: Farmhouse- Partial Street Improvement Request
Dear Kevin,
This letter is being submitted to accompany the Farmhouse Tentative Map approvals. The Conditions of Approval require construction of full width street improvements for Woodward Avenue along the project frontage.
Per Title 16 of the Manteca Municipal Code, we request that the City Council approve construction of a partial width street consistent with the Condition of Approval #41. The resultant partial street improvements would include full improvements for Woodward Avenue on the south side of the centerline, and completion of the 14’ wide median and fourteen feet of pavement (twelve foot wide travel lane and a two foot wide shoulder) on the north side of centerline.
