RESOLUTION R2022-XXX
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MANTECA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND ESTIMATE, AND AUTHORIZING A CALL FOR BIDS FOR THE Airport Way Pavement ImprovementS Project (CIP 11027) and THE Library Parking Lot REPAVEMENT PROJECT (cip 22062) WHEREAS, the Airport Way Improvements Project includes asphalt concrete grind, pavement overly, pavement repair, traffic striping, and ADA curb ramps improvements and the Library Parking Lot Repavement Project includes the reconstruction of the parking area, striping and ADA curb ramps improvements; and WHEREAS, the Plans, Specifications, and Estimate are complete and are available for review in the Department of Engineering; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered all information related to this matter as presented at the public meetings of the City Council identified herein, including any supporting reports by City Staff and any information provided during public meetings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Manteca, as follows:
The City Council hereby finds that the facts set forth in the recitals to this Resolution are true and correct, and establish the factual basis for the City Council’s adoption of this Resolution.
The City Council hereby approves the Plans, Specifications, and Estimate for the Airport Way Pavement Improvements Project (CIP 11027) and the Library Parking Lot Repavement Project (CIP 22062).
The City Council of the City of Manteca does hereby accept the Invitation to Bid for the Airport Way Pavement Improvements Project (CIP 11027) and the Library Parking Lot Repavement Project and hereby instructs City Manager or designee for the City of Manteca, to sign same and authorizes issuance of the Notice to Invite Bids.
This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Manteca at a public meeting of said City Council held on the 15th day of March 2022, by the following vote:
