2018 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM (CDBG)
AGREEMENT AMENDMENT NUMBER 1
THIS AGREEMENT AMENDMENT is made and entered into this October 3, 2018, by and between the CITY OF MANTECA, a political subdivision of the State of California, herein referred to as "GRANTEE" and "BOYS & GIRLS CLUB OF MANTECA.", herein referred to as "SUBRECIPIENT."
RECITALS
1. The GRANTEE and the SUBRECIPIENT entered into an Agreement on October 3, 2018 whereby the SUBRECIPIENT agreed to administer CDBG Grant, 2018-19 grant funds for the BOYS & GIRLS CLUB OF MANTECA in the amount of $160,000 as described in the agreement.
2. On February 15, 2022, the Grantee approved an increase of funds to this project in the amount of $100,000, therefore making the total project cost of $260,000.
3. Additional funds shall only be used for the following activities:
Capital Improvements
4. All other requirements from the original agreement shall remain unchanged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the date first written above.
