Assistant City Clerk Olivia Nashed announced COVID-19 guidelines for the meeting and the following supplemental report:

A. PUBLIC COMMENT: Assistant City Clerk Nashed read public comment into the record from Lei Ann Larson regarding the property at 682 S. Main St.
B. CLOSED SESSION: Mayor adjourned to closed session at 6:03 p.m.
B.1. 22‑140 CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8: City Negotiators: Toni Lundgren, Acting City Manager and Johanna Ferriera, Senior Management Analyst.
