RESOLUTION R2022-XX
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MANTECA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENTS AND FINAL MAPS FOR VILLA TICINO WEST UNIT NO. 1, TRACT 3567 AND UNIT NO. 2, TRACT 4116 WHEREAS, the Villa Ticino West Subdivision Tentative Map was approved by the City Council of the City of Manteca on July 21, 2015; and WHEREAS, in accordance with Title 16 of the City of Manteca Municipal Code, JEN California 23, LLC, owner of Villa Ticino West Unit Nos. 1 and 2, has presented to the City Council of the City of Manteca the Improvement Agreements and Final Maps for Villa Ticino West Unit No. 1, Tract 3567 and Unit No. 2, Tract 4116; and WHEREAS, in accordance with Title 16 of the Manteca Municipal Code, the Developers have posted the required surety bonds in the amounts specified in the Reference Data section of the Improvement Agreements; and WHEREAS, the Final Maps have been reviewed, are in conformance with the approved Tentative Maps, and are technically correct; and WHEREAS, the owner of Villa Ticino West Unit Nos. 1 and 2 has complied with all conditions of the Tentative Map; and WHEREAS, the Final Maps comply with the California Subdivision Map Act and the Manteca Municipal Code and comply and are consistent with the City’s General Plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered all information related to this matter as presented at the public meetings of the City Council identified herein, including any supporting reports by City Staff and any information provided during public meetings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Manteca, as follows:
The City Council hereby finds that the facts set forth in the recitals to this Resolution are true and correct and establish the factual basis for the City Council’s adoption of this Resolution.
The City Council hereby finds that the Final Maps substantially comply with the Tentative Map and that all conditions of the Tentative Map were satisfied.
The City Council hereby approves the Improvement Agreement and Final Maps for Villa Ticino West Unit No. 1, Tract 3567 and Unit No. 2, Tract 4116.
The City Council hereby authorizes the Interim City Manager of the City of Manteca to sign the Improvement Agreement, on behalf of the City of Manteca, and authorizes the City Clerk to attest thereto and impress the official seal upon the same.
The City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor of the City of Manteca to sign the Final Maps, on behalf of the City of Manteca, and authorizes the City Clerk to attest thereto and impress the official seal upon the same.
This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Manteca at a public meeting of said City Council held on the 3rd day of May 2022, by the following vote:
