RESOLUTION R2022-XXX
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MANTECA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A PARCEL MAP FOR RODDAN CONSTRUCTION AT 253 WATSON AVENUE WHEREAS, Roddan Construction (Owner), has presented to the City Council of the City of Manteca a Parcel Map located at 253 Watson Avenue (APN 222-400-11); and WHEREAS, the Owner has record title interest in the lands subdivided and shown on the Parcel Map; and WHEREAS, the Owner consents to the preparation and filing of this Parcel Map in the office of the County Recorder of San Joaquin County, California; and WHEREAS, said Parcel Map complies with the California Subdivision Map Act, the City of Manteca General Plan, and the City of Manteca Municipal Code, and any amendments thereto applicable at the time of approval of the Tentative Map, as well as the Conditions of Approval of the Tentative Map; and WHEREAS, said Parcel Map is substantially the same as it appeared on the Tentative Map; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered all information related to this matter as presented at the public meetings of the City Council identified herein, including any supporting reports by City staff and any information provided during public meetings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Manteca, as follows:
The City Council hereby finds that the facts set forth in the recitals to this Resolution are true and correct and establish the factual basis for the City Council’s adoption of this Resolution.
The City Council does hereby approve the Parcel Map for Roddan Construction at 253 Watson Avenue.
The City Council does hereby authorize the Mayor of the City of Manteca to sign the Parcel Map on, on behalf of the City of Manteca, and authorizes the City Clerk to attest thereto and impress the official seal upon the same.
This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Manteca at a public meeting of said City Council held on the 17th day of May 2022, by the following vote:
