RESOLUTION R2022-XX
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MANTECA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, APPOVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO EXTEND THE AGREEMENT WITH TRINE INTEGRATED SERVICES INC. FOR ONE ADDITIONAL YEAR AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN THE AMENDMENT WHEREAS, on July 16, 2019, the City Council approved and awarded an Agreement with Trine Integrated Services Inc. to provide security guard services; and WHEREAS, the City of Manteca executed the Professional Services Agreement with Trine Integrated Services Inc. on September 4, 2019, to provide security guard services with a base term of three (3) years with (2) one-year optional extensions; and WHEREAS, the Agreement with Trine will expire on June 30, 2022; and WHEREAS, the parties desire to extend the Agreement for one additional year, as allowed under Section 4 of the Agreement; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered all information related to this matter, as presented at the public meetings of the City Council identified herein, including any supporting reports by City Staff, and any information provided during public meetings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Manteca, as follows:
1. The City Council hereby finds that the facts set forth in the recitals to this Resolution are true and correct, and establish the factual basis for the City Council’s adoption of this Resolution.
2. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Trine Integrated Services Inc., and authorizes the City Manager to sign the Agreement.
3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Manteca at a public meeting of said City Council held on the 17th day of May, 2022, by the following vote:
