AMENDMENT NO. 1
NO. C2017- 92 TO THE GOLF TENANT CONTRACT AND LEASE
BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANTECA
AND " DEBENEDETTI GOLF COMPANY, INC."
This Amendment No. 1 (" Amendment") to The Golf Tenant Agreement and Lease Agreement") between the City of Manteca and " DeBenedetti Golf Company, Inc.," is made and entered into this _ 2Q* day of ' DP0,er , b2*` , 2017, by and between DeBenedetti Golf Company, Inc." a California corporation (" Tenant") and the City of Manteca, a municipal corporation(" City").
RECITALS
A. On July 31, 2017, the City of Manteca approved an Agreement with Tenant to provide professional golf-operation services at the Manteca Park Golf Course.
B. City now desires to amend the Agreement to reflect the legal name change of DeBenedetti Golf Company, Inc., to Central Golf Company( CGC), which was effective August 1, 2017;
C. The Tenants' name change will have no impact on the agreement and CGC will continue to perform all of its obligations under the Agreement;
D. It is in the mutual best interests of the City and Central Golf Company to amend the Agreement to reflect this corporate name change; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereby agree as follows:
1. Effective August 1, 2017, DeBenedetti Golf Company, Inc., legally changed its company name to Central Golf Company. There were no other changes to the Federal Tax Identification Number ( FEIN), corporate business address, bank accounts, company management, and technical staff.
2. CGC will continue to perform all of its duties, responsibilities, and obligations under the Agreement.
3. The City hereby consents to continuing the Agreement with CGC.
4. Except as expressly amended hereby, all the remaining provisions ofthe Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

THIS TO EFFECTUATE THIS AMENDMENT, each of the parties has caused this Agreement to be executed by its duly authorized representative as of the date set forth in the introductory paragraph on page 1 above.
