QUARESMA REORGANIZATION
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
Situate in a portion of the Southeast Quarter of Section 17, Township 2 South, Range 7 East, Mount Diablo Meridian, County of San Joaquin, State of California, being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of Parcel 1 as shown on that particular Parcel Map recorded in Book 16 of Parcel Maps at Page 188, San Joaquin County Records, said Point of Beginning being also a point on the existing City Limit Line of the City of Manteca; thence
1. Along the North line of said Parcel 1, being also along said City Limits line, South 89°49'35" East 175.00 feet to the Northeast corner of said Parcel 1; thence
2. Along the East line of said Parcel 1 and its Southerly extension thereof, being also along said existing City Limit line, South 00°09'00" West 418.40 feet to point on the South right-of-way line of Sedan Avenue (45 feet wide), last said point being 20.00 feet distant at right angles from the centerline of said Sedan Avenue; thence
3. Leaving said existing City Limit line and along said South right-of-way line, parallel with said centerline of Sedan Avenue, North 89°49'35" West 175.00 feet to the intersection of the Southerly extension of the West line of Parcel 1 of said Parcel Map and said South right-of-way line; thence
4. Along said Southerly extension of the West line of Parcel 1, North 00°09'00" East 45.00 feet to the Southwest corner of said Parcel 1; thence
5. Along the West line of said Parcel 1, North 00°09'00" East 373.40 feet to the Point of Beginning.
