SPRINGTIME ESTATES SUBDIVISION PAVEMENT PROJECT
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project will entail pavement repair including asphalt overlays, pavers on corridors, base repairs, crack seal, cape seal, microsurfacing, and other pavement repairs at the Springtime Estates Subdivision. The project is consistent with the recommendation of the City Pavement Maintenance Program (PMP).
Project construction is scheduled for FY 2019-20. The useful life of the pavement rehabilitation is approximately 10 years. The useful lifetime of the new pavers is minimum 50 years.
