Recommendation
Staff Recommends the City Council:
Adopt the resolution to approve the Annexation and authorize staff to make an application to LAFCo for annexation, approve the General Plan Amendment, and approve and waive the first reading of the Ordinance for the Pre-Zoning designation for the parcel located at 7189 East Sedan Avenue.
