Re: Dutra Annexation Project
Dear Councilmembers,
My name is George Gikas, my wife Yolanda and I reside at 20769 Oleander Ave immediately south of the proposed Dutra development project. Our property is being annexed into the city of Manteca as part of the Dutra Annexation, however our property is not part of the development at this time.
After meeting with representatives of Kiper Homes at my property we want to express our support for this project. The representatives from Kiper explained where the Annexation will intrude into my property and they have promised to make us whole (fencing, vegetation, etc) after needed improvements are done to the road way. We are glad that the developer Kiper Homes will be improving the frontage of our property and the other properties down to Peach Avenue. This will make the area much nicer for the existing residents.
