NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the City of Manteca, that the Contract for a certain project entitled:
CDBG Senior Center Improvements – Phase 2
(CIP PROJECT NO. 18049 and 20012)
located in the City of Manteca, California, of which was let to:

as contractor, was actually completed on September 8, 2022 and was accepted by the City of Manteca City Council on October 18, 2022. The name and address of the owner of the property referred to above is the City of Manteca, 1001 West Center Street, Manteca, California, 95337 and the nature of the interest of the owner in the said property is Fee.
The project for Public Works Department improvements and the property on which said improvements are situated, hereinabove referred to, are in the City of Manteca, County of San Joaquin, State of California and more particularly described as follows:
This project involved the interior improvements and modernization of the Manteca Senior Center kitchen and the modernization of existing unisex restroom consisting of the replacement of door, ,tiling, plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, restroom accessories, and updating interior finishes.
