RESOLUTION R20XX-XX
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MANTECA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, RECEIVING AND ACCEPTING AWARD OF STATE OF CALIFORNIA SENATE BILL 1383 LOCAL ASSISTANCE GRANT AND APPROVAL OF A BUDGET APPROPRAITION WHEREAS, the City of Manteca Solid Waste Division had applied for the State of California SB 1383 Local Assistance Grant; WHEREAS, the Solid Waste Division was awarded $124,0880 through State of California SB 1383 Local Assistance Grant and with the City Council’s approval will expend funds as outlined in the grant; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered all information related to this matter, as presented at the public meetings of the City Council identified herein, including any supporting reports by City Staff, and any information provided during public meetings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Manteca, as follows:
The City Council hereby finds that the facts set forth in the recitals to this Resolution are true and correct, and establish the factual basis for the City Council’s adoption of this Resolution.
The City Council hereby receives and accepts State of California SB 1383 Local Assistance Grant in the amount of $124,088 to Solid Waste Fund 660.
Appropriate $124,088 to the Solid Waste (Fund 660) Account Number 660.40.75.001-6280.23.
4. This Resolution shall take effect on the effective date immediately.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Manteca at a public meeting of said City Council held on the ____ day of ______, 20__, by the following vote:
