JEN California 23, LLC a California limited liability company has submitted the Villa Ticino West Subdivision Drain 5 Reconstruction & Mass Grading Improvement Plans for approval. We are hereby requesting permission to construct these improvements prior to recordation of the Final Map. We have paid in full the City Inspection Fee and will obtain the necessary Encroachment Permit prior to construction of improvements in the public right of way.
