RESOLUTION R20XX-XX
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MANTECA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO CONTRACT C2021-186 WITH CLEARGOV, INC.
WHEREAS, the City of Manteca is amending Contract C2021-186 with ClearGov, Inc. for budgeting software; and WHEREAS, staff recommends extending the current contract’s deadline from December 31, 2022 to December 31, 2024, which provides two more years of subscription budgeting software service; and WHEREAS, staff recommends that council approve authorization for the City Manager, or designee, to sign this and any additional amendments to contract C2021-186 according to, and in compliance with, the City of Manteca purchasing policy; and WHEREAS, funds are budgeted for these services in Professional Services Contract Services (Account No. 100.05.00.150-6000.12); and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered all information related to this matter, as presented at the public meetings of the City Council identified herein, including any supporting reports by City Staff, and any information provided during public meetings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Manteca, as follows:
The City Council hereby finds that the facts set forth in the recitals to this Resolution are true and correct, and establish the factual basis for the City Council’s adoption of this Resolution.
The City Council authorizes the City Manager, or designee, to sign this and any additional amendments to Contract C2021-186 according to, and in compliance with, the City of Manteca purchasing policy.
2. This Resolution shall take effect on the effective date immediately.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Manteca at a public meeting of said City Council held on the 6th day of December, 2022, by the following vote:
