Background
• Planning Commission voted 4-1 to approve project on November 17, 2022. • Staff received 2 appeal requests within the 10-day appeal period, in compliance with Municipal Code Section 17.08.070. • Golden State Environmental Justice Alliance on November 22, 2022 • City of Lathrop on November 29, 2022
• Per Municipal Code Section 17.08.070(D) each appeal hearing shall be considered a de novo hearing. The Council shall confirm, modify, or reverse the action of the Planning Commission after the de novo hearing.
